Budget & Timeline Management
Our dedicated Project Manager will meticulously source bids from reputable subcontractors, ensuring they align with your specific project requirements. With a fixed price quote, we’ll provide a clear construction program schedule to maintain a seamless and stress-free process.

Making Compliance Stress-Free
At CDAB, we understand how critical it is to get the paperwork right. That’s why we take the lead in working closely with your Building Certifier to ensure a smooth, compliant process from start to finish.

STEP 5
Expert Project Management
Our experienced team leverages advanced software to meticulously monitor every aspect of the schedule, delivering real-time updates.
Our dedicated Project Manager cuts through the noise by providing clear and concise communication, while also tracking and forecasting the construction program.
STEP 6
Quality Home Construction
We meticulously oversee every stage of your home’s construction, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
Our Site Manager will be on-site daily to ensure the highest quality standards are met, utilizing our curated comprehensive 40-point quality control checklist.
STEP 7
Project Completion
As your home nears completion, our team conducts a meticulous walkthrough to address any final details.
Upon move-in, you’ll receive a comprehensive Close-Out Package containing all contracts, warranties, and a detailed photographic record.
Your dedicated project manager will schedule regular check-ins over the next 12 months to ensure the quality of your home remains as promised.
