We are based in Canberra and build homes throughout the surrounding area. We regularly service custom residential home builds, structural renovations and home extensions throughout Canberra (ACT), Googong and the surrounding regional areas. With our local expertise, we understand the unique needs of our clients in these areas.

The initial step is to secure your lot. This allows us to optimize your home’s design according to the lot’s features. If you need assistance finding the perfect lot, we offer guidance and support to ensure your dream home is built on the right site.

We recommend engaging both the builder and the architect early in the process. If you already have an architect, we’re happy to collaborate with them. If not, we can help you find an architect who aligns with your vision. This approach ensures clear communication and a seamless design and build process.

We do not have an in-house architect. Instead, we collaborate with a network of skilled architects who can bring your specific vision to life while keeping a sense of practicality to the project. This allows us to match you with the best architect for your project, ensuring that your home is designed to meet your exact needs and our high standards of quality.

Yes. Our complete design phase covers the meticulous preparation of all regulatory documentation required for submission, managing early architectural concepts, drafting, and navigating development and building compliance laws across the territory.

We offer specialised end-to-end design and construction workflows. This spans from custom family homes to carefully planned renovations and extensions, bringing specialised architectural space-planning and premium interior coordination under a single umbrella.

Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. We offer a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship. This comprehensive warranty ensures peace of mind and demonstrates the high standards of our work.

Our detailed project planning, including cost control and quality assurance, ensures that your home is built to the highest standards. JJ personally manages each project. And for every project we complete, we sponsor a child through World Vision, helping improve the lives of vulnerable children around the world.
